Audited bal sheet reqd. but no audit applicable

Hi my client's(P.Firm) bank needs audited balance sheet. But no audit is applicable to my client.
What kind of an audit report should I submit.
Or whether i should just issue a signed Bal Sheet & P & L.
Please advise soon.
