Dear All,
Hi my client's(P.Firm) bank needs audited balance sheet. But no audit is applicable to my client.
What kind of an audit report should I submit.
Or whether i should just issue a signed Bal Sheet & P & L.
Please advise soon.

Just issue a signed Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement.
