As per the Income Tax department notification companies filing Transfer Pricing Report can file the return till 30th November . For those companies what is the time limit for Tax Audit Report . Whether Tax audit report can be upto 30th Novemeber .

Answer is no, because 'due date' of filing the return is 30 th November whereas 'specified date' of section 44AB is not amended and remains as 30th September.
