A Pvt. Ltd. Co. taken unsecured loan from Director of 100000 can it is required to disclose in register maintained u/s 301 of co. Act, 1956 ? can it is req. to disclose in Audit Report.

The loan transaction is not required to disclose in register maintained u/s 301 of Companies Act, 1956 as it is not a transaction to be disclosed in the register.
However the same is only reported in clause (iii) of the CARO report.
