I need to give audit report to an individual medical practitioner whose gross annual receipt is less than Rs. 15 lacs.
what report should I give to him.

no he is liable to audit but he cover under 44AA for maintenance of accounts

I am not talking about tax audit, I need general audit report for any client who is not required by any statute to get his financial statements audited but he/she ask professional to audit the accounts and provide a audited report.

Audit report as prescribed in illustration in SA 700. Only thing is you have to change the term company to practitioner
