Whether in case of audit of trust form 3ca3cb is required to file along with form 10B

if it is tax audit of trust, 3 CA and 3 CD form is required to be filed.

Yes it is tax audit. But previous auditor has not filled the form 3ca and 3cd. Plz guide

3 CA since the trust is also required to get its accounts audited under any other law...i.e. Indian Trust Act/ Bombay Public Trust Act... as the case may be
