08 January 2012 Sir,
I am a regular tax assessee . I have made all of income tax payment within due date. Now I want to know that I have crossed the limit of sale Rs 60lacs but failed to return submit within 30/sept/2011.

My auditor has audited my account within 30/sept/2011.


Please , make a suitable guidance and advice.

09 January 2012 No problem unless your auditor has given the audit report dated below on or before 30th September 2011. you can file return later if the audit report dated on or before 30th September 2011.
