18 February 2011 Sir,

Kindly provide me the detail information on the topic
1) what is the limit for the tax audit?
2) what is the limit of the services tax registration under pvt ltd or limited company or in partner ship?
3) what is the limit for reg in CBDT?
4) if salary is distributed on 8 of the every month to the employee then when TDS is to be deducted and deducted into Income tax dept?

18 February 2011 1.Present limit is Rs.60 lakh for Business & Rs.15 Lakh for Professional

2. Rs.10 lakh basic exemption limit but while crossing turnover Rs.9 lakh itself need to be registered

3.No limit. PAN is compulsory for every one

4. Such as case TDS can be deposited with the month
