what are the major changes in the ca final audit subject due to Companies Act 2013...

as on today there are no changes, atleast till May 14. you need to wait for ICAI to announce changes for Nov 14.

All CA Final students appearing in May 14 attempt, having my old book are advised to do at least following chapters from Surbhi bansal mam latest February 2014 edition book to be released on 16th February in the market :
1.Bank audit(major changes in investment norms, npa, npi, Securitisation of assets, sale of npa, debt waiver schemes etc.)
2.Audit of GIC
3.NBFC
4.Peer review(Major changes as per revised statement on peer review)
5.Clause 49.
6.Audit of members of stock exchange
(Few updations in other chapters too)
