As new accounts manager to a newly setup hospital

15 November 2017 sir I have got a job in newly established hospital as an accounts manager . but I am not aware of the responsibilities to be followed as accounts manager as it is my first job . and there is no other superior over me .I have to tackle all accounting work and legal formailities.
the organistation is newly settled and I am also new . so pls provide the guidance about what type accounting shall used and how to manage accounts. besides that what legal formalities ie. gst ,income tax , tds etc shall be applicable and how to deal with that.
I higly thnkful if anyone help me.

15 November 2017 Ensure that a CA is appointed for such a consultancy work. You will be over burdened in few days.
Till that time, concentrate on books of accounts, being accounts manager.

(I'm also new) it's means no more experience as Accounts manager or Accounts field...? 3. Any CA/ Tax Consultant are following the accounts...?
