Dear All,
I heared that in the last year of artliship we can join industrial traning. But my question is whether we have to take transfer from current employer OR not.?And the benifits from industrial traning?

You need not to take transfer.
just to inform ICAI.
and benefits are in one sentence is
say u r not article from big4
and if u done industrial training then it is as good as big4.
