09 February 2015 I Want to transfer from articleship. I want to take transfer to a firm in my hometown. I want to take transfer on the grounds that my father's health is not well and I need to go back to my hometown and continue over there. I have completed 2 years of articleship , so can I take transfer on the basis of ill health of my father?

09 February 2015 Sir I can take transfer having the reason that my Dad got angioplasty operation and needs my help over there.

09 February 2015 but unfortunately is not covered by the reasons given by icai in the above link but if u shift ur training in new city like in ur village due to caretaking of ur father then possible to give u transfer

09 February 2015 yes try i think they will accept but certificates should be from govt hospital.
