I want to take transfer from my old firm to another firm. my mother he 15 alth is not good,so whether this is a valid reason or not. I have completed months of articleship.

If one year not completed you can take transfer with your boss permisstion

if your articleship period exceeds 1 year you need to make a request specifying your reason to icai along with your boss no objection
