07 October 2013 respected sir:
I was just talking to my potential principleregarding my articleship.
he said he thinks that articleship transfers are not applicable anymore and therefore i should think really carefully before joining...
i just wanted to know whether it is true or not that articleship transfers are applicable or not...

07 October 2013 for first there is not much restrictions only ur current ca sign is required on form 109.

in subseuqent years first u need to apply on a plain paper to icai the reason y you want to take transfer and if the criteria allowed by them and as specified by them shall only be allowed and then only u can submit signed form 109 for transfer when icai permits u to take transfer.
