25 April 2014 I have joined a firm about 1 month ago..
the registration of the same was not done..
Now they say that i have been registered under other firm but will be working under the firm in which i have worked for a month..

Is this a case of secondment?
and also can i know the pros and cons of these situation?

26 April 2014 as such this is not secondment. normally CA firms have these informal tie-ups to collaborate on assignment, staff requirement etc.

there aren't much negatives as such for you.

however, there is one issue - you said registration was not done. then how you have been registered somewhere else? didn't you read the whole of the form when it was filled or you didn't fill the form altogether?

26 April 2014 I dint fill the form alltogether, I was told that the principle under whom youll be registered is yet to be decided..
