Articleship registration

Sir, i completed my IPCC first group in May 2012. But i failed to register for articleship before 31st oct. Do i have any opportunity to register for articleship now with payment of any late fee so as to have my final attempt in May 2012? Please mention last date for it if any ....

I heard that last date for registration of articleship is 31st october to get final examination attempt in may2012. But my principal auditor is in outstation sothat he couldnot sign on my registration form. can i register for articleship now with a payment of penalty so as to get my final examination attempt in may 2012?
