Articleship in case of conversion from pcc to ipc

08 February 2013 I completed my 3.5 yrs of articleship in 2012. Am i suppose to do 3.5 yrs articleship again if i opt for conversion from pcc to ipc?
Secondly if i clear May13 exam will i be eligible to give Nov13 final examination?
