i have completed articlepship 16 months, right now iam going to start business & iam not intrested to do CA , what is the procedure for discontinue

terminate the articleship. Get the form 109 from the ICAI and submit the duly filled and signed form to ICAI.

form 108 is to be filed instead of form 109 as 109 is for transfer and 108 for termination.
