Articleship certificate

I completed my Article ship on 12-03-2011. I filled Foam108 and send before 30-04-2011. I received a letter of Mistake and I clarified that mistake and send again on August. But I didn't received the Article ship completion certificate so far. What I will do?

It would bd better if u call regional council of icai, and know the status of ur 108 form.
As normally, articleship completion letter will be received within 2months from the date of sending.
