17 October 2012 sir, i have joined articleship on 14th october 2012 and completed itt. But OTC not done and no batches currently going on in my area. So my question is if i do otc in november 2012 whether i be able to get may 2015 final attempt as i joined articleship before 30th october 2012. or it is necessary to do otc before 30th october.

i cleared ipcc both group on may 2012.

17 October 2012 It will not effect your final attempt. But i think to register for articleship both ITT and OTC would be complete before the commencement of articleship. So with out completion of these ICAI didn't register for your articleship.

17 October 2012 But sir if i register to article and final by sending the application combinedly in november 2012 i.e. after completing otc, would institute accepts my date of joining of articleship i.e. 14th october and allow me to give final attempt on may 2012.

18 October 2012 Yes, ICAI will accept your articleship from 14 th October. But till you submitting of OTC it put your registration as pending for requirement of documents but after submission of such required documents then it register you articleship and final but commencement date gives according to the date filled in your form 102 & 103.
