17 April 2012 Can anybody help me out regarding my articleship???

I have been registered as an article on 22 august 2008 and had done my articleship upto march 2009 total period of 6months & 13 days.

after that i had converted myself from pcc to ipcc

and cleared my ipcc exam 1st group in may 2011 and after that i had started my training.

but due to some problem i was not able to continue my training under my principal so i had applied for transfer after completing 4 months & 24 days training period.
But after 1 month letter from inst. it was written that i have to give request on plain paper for transfer
but according to me total period served is 11 months & 07 days which is less than 12 months as prescribed in Regulation 56(1) posted on website on 2nd july 2010.
And the person falling in 2nd category of regulation is required to do request on plain paper..
what should i do in this case???
Please help me out...asap...

20 April 2012 Can you go above the ICAI? If no then do what the ICAI asking you to do but do not fail to mention the entire facts

but what if i provide a letter to ICAI with the signatures of my previous employer stating that he wants to give me transfer....
IS there any problem in this case?????
