Reason

A Qualified CA who is holding the COP can only give the articleship.

Conclusion

The articleship will not be possible but you can do the industrial training in the company whose name is listed by ICAI

23 July 2010 Industrial training is an eleigible reason for taking a transfer. Hence u can take a transfer on that ground.
