14 April 2015 I am in final year of articleship. I took 9 months leave from office for coaching purpose. After i came sir immeaditely telling me to take transfer and go. I am worried, pls give some suggestions.

14 April 2015 dont u asked before taking leaves from ur boss ???

request him to continue u there in his office, say him that u cant take transfer as per icai rules..!!

17 April 2015 I had asked him prior permission. i even told i extend my articles. He gave leave, because i could not inform him that i cant attend 1 audit, he telling take transfer.

18 April 2015 try hard too make boss mood good... so that he wont give u transfer.. and officially how wil u take.. there are no such conditions like u r in, for which trnsfer is allowed
