(Querist)
15 November 2012 I am training as an article since the past 2 months and have submitted the registration letter then only to icai. I received my form 103 signed from them but still was not registered! Then i received a letter saying that since i have not registered for final i.e not paid 10000 as fees for final, that is why the delay.
But many of my friends here are registered as articles even though they have not registered for finals! What is the matter?
