Hello sir...
i had completed my articleship on 14th June...but without any reason my sir had not signed my F.No.108 till date...so what shud i required to do? should i submit it without signature? plz do rpl fast...

No No do not submit the same without sign.
Try and have a chat with your principal and figure out the reason why he is not ready to sign. Try and convince him for sign. I think this is the only solution.
