I HAVE RECEIVED MY COP FROM 24/07/2012 AND I HAVE REGISTERED AN ARTICLE FROM SEPTEMBER 2012 BUT TODAY i.e.28/11/2012 i come to know that there is a recent notification of icai that in first year of practise we can't register an article clerk.
so i want to know that whether it is true if yes what procedure i as a member and my article has to take.
another thing is that till this date my article has not received any letter from icai regarding his registration.

Fresh Practicing CA can keep 1 article assistant for period upto 3 years.
