I got registered as a article on 01.03.2012, then with mutual consent with the principal I terminated the same after 11 months, then again I got registered with another principal after 4 months, so now can i attempt for nov 2014 exam

you should not be eligible given that you complete 2 years and 6 months after 1 November 2014.
