22 November 2013 Sir i want to ask u a think.my friend is doing articleship in a firm but her principal is herassing her lot as we can say that he is harassing as a sexual herassment...kindly please reply that as she will not take transfer too as 1 year is completed of her.now what to do give me advice so that i can help her

22 November 2013 ask ur friend to take transfer on the basis of location change of her residence and find new ca beyond 51 kms in her city as specified by icai ...this is allowed as per icai regulation.

22 November 2013 if it is a case of sexual harassment, lodge a criminal complaint and send a copy of the same to ICAI for further action against the principal. mere transfer is not the solution as this girl would get replaced by another.
