02 November 2017 An Arbitrator fixed his fee on consolidated basis irrespective of number of appearances. However, appearances due to certain reasons have increased to the extent that further proceedings are not viable for the Arbitrator. Can the Arbitrator re-fix his fee in between before the Award.
