09 August 2014 Is it necessary for foods and beverages companies to get approval from
i)WHO
ii)Indian Health Department Delhi
iii)Food department in Delhi
as per companies act 2013??

09 August 2014 Does company act prescribe such approvals?

These approvals are required as per the relevant laws prevailing in the physical jurisdiction. WHO is not involved here. You should be requiring approvals from Food Safety & Standards Authority of India and related organizations
