What is the procedure to inform ROC that after several efforts the company is unable to appoint a whole time company secretary?

Procedure for appointment of CS
1. The company will call Board Meeting to appoint Company Secretary.
2. Receive letter of appointment to CS before appointment.
3. The Company intimate ROC in Form 32 within 30 days from the date of appointment.
4. Form 32 can be download from www.mca.gov.in
5. Consent Letter will be attached with Form 32.
6. The SRN no will be generated with fee.
