Appointment of executive director & whole-time director

09 February 2013 i have another query in connection with the last one....can one of the existing director be appointed as an executive director and another director be appointed as a whole time director in the same meeting?? and also let me know if i can file only one form 32 for this change of designation or it requires separate forms...Please reply soon

You can appoint an simple director as executive director. But if a person is an executive director of other company then you can not appoint him as WTD,unless it is private limited company.

For change in position from director to executive director is required to file Form-32.
