08 November 2012 Date of incorporation of the company is 23/03/2012 company has passed br for appointment on dated 11/04/2011. my query is appointment of auditor would be from incoporation to next agm?? or it would be for 23/03/2011 to conclusion of first agm like 22/09/2012??

As per your query:

Date of Incorporation: 23.03.2011
Date of First Board meeting: 11.04.2011
Date of First AGM: 22.09.2012

I will suggest you to first check what is a first financial year decide by Board in its First Board Meeting. The first auditor is appointed for first financial year. So check.

If you have not decided it then firstly decide first financial year and subsequent financial year. Second financial year will always will start from 01.04. and end on 31.03.

In your case, if minutes of first board is silent, then they will be appointed for 23.03.2011 to 31.03.2012.

At first AGM auditor is further appointed for 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013.

Generally auditor appointed for financial year and it is ordinary business of AGM, so it hold office from this AGM till next AGM.
