24 April 2023 1. It is necessary to appoint a Managing Director of Pvt. Ltd Company for more than 1 year.

2. When a Private Limited Company become a Deemed Public Company

3. It is necessary to appointment of Managing Director for 5 years in the case of Public Limited Company.
