Sir,
I have recently qualified. Most probably I prefer to be employed in Industry.Can I obtain a part time CoP or is it advisable to wait until I gt a job and then send my membership form? what is the time limit for sending the membership form? Please clarify...

No time limit for sending membership form. If you wish send form now otherwise send after getting job. There is absolutely no restriction.
As per my knowledge, any industry not allows to hold part-time or full time COP. Discuss with your employer during the interview. If your employer agrees, then apply for COP.

Part time COP is allowed subject to the employer having no objection to the same.

Such part time cop allowed only when you employed in any CA Firm not in industry.
