As amendment in Sec 56(2) (Vii) is made with retrospective effect from Oct 2009. whether it is relevant for the Nov 2010 CA Final Examination ?

Sec 56(2) (Vii) should not be applicable as it doesnot fall beyond 6 month prior to the exam date though you can check the ca inst notification in this regard
