23 October 2009 Sir ,
My client is a manufacture in Kitchen Appliances .He is also doing Job Work occassionally .Whether is there any vat to be charged on the Job Work done at the labour rate on the raw material supplied by his client ? if yes then what % of vat to be charged on Job Work ?
