Dear Sir,
If an Indian Company has a branch in overseas and this branch provides taxable
services to its overseas as well as Indian customers and all its payments
comes in foreigh exchange in the brach account. What shall be Service Tax application to this branch?

Is Your Branch Office Registered at the Place Overseas where ever it is as per any law applicable there / If yes then
1) services given from there to some other place. Serv Tax will not become applicable
2)Regarding Services Provided here to india from where ever it is you should deduct service tax on reverse Mechanism basis on Bill amount & pay here.

thank you sir. but then can we say that it will be export of service for the service rendered by the branch to its customers abroad, as the branch and the indian company have the same identity?
