Whether the Individual is liable to registered himself in Service Tax Act for providing Consultancy Service to the company which is exporting the goods outside India?
Is this service is exempt under export service rules?

If the Sevices turnover exceed Rs.10 Lakhs you need to register with Service tax

If the Sevices turnover exceed Rs.9 Lakhs you need to register with Service tax and If the Sevices turnover exceed Rs.10 Lakhs then you liable to pay service tax.
