Dear Sir / Madam,
I want to confirm that whether the new companies bill 2013 will be applicable for May 2015 CA Final attempt. If so then when should I start taking the coaching and from whom. I am a native of Patiala (Punjab) & only satellite classes are available here.

There are fair chances that by your time new act will be applicable.You can manage by self study-munish bhandari else you can take his satellite classes as well.
