I HAVE APPLIED FOR REGISTRATION IN JULY AND RECEIVED CERTIFICATE IN AUG AND I HAVE MENTIONED COMMENCEMENT OF BUSINESS FEW YEAR AGO DATE. SO I HAVE TO FILE JULY 3B OR NOT ?
