Dear sir/madam we have formed co-operative society and registered and also opened a current account of bank .I m having a query regarding applicability of the ESI Act,total no.of employee in our society is 200 who r rendering their services as a priest to our clients, and we r paying salaries to them .employees r drawing a salary of 9600/-p.m,can u please tell me whether ESI is eligible for us??

ESI is applicable to factory and commercial establishments not applicable to such societies.
