Is Companies Amendment Act, 2017 is applicable from F.Y 2017-18(for making financial statements of the said year)??

Since the effective date is in the fag end of the year some relaxation can be
expected as done for the application of Schedule III.

No because 21 sections are effective from 9-2-2018 vide notification of even date.
