I want to know will the companies act 2013 be applicable in Dec 2013 CS executive exam? I am enrolled under new syllabus

there is no clarification from ICSI yet. but you can expect it be included..and clarification too should come within next 1 month or so.

wait for the official notification by icsi shortly by june end they may come out on the said issue.

There is no doubt about the applicability of 98 sections of CA 2013 which were notified by MCA in September 2013.
For the applicability of entire CA 2013, wait for the official announcement by ICSI.
