pls any one can tell me if compnaies act 2013 is applicable for cs executive exam on december 2014.?

Highlights is applicable for June 2014 exams itself. Companies Act 2013 is expected to be applicable in Dec 2014 CS Executive exams. At least 282 section which are in force should be applicable. Wait for official notification from ICSI.

still icai havent notifed for dec14 exam so wait for june exam to get over they will notify.
