29 November 2013 Assessee and the authorised representative signed on the order sheet at the time of completion of the assessment. Assessing officer completed the assessment and passed the order.

Here the point is there any chance to the asseseee to file the appeal aganist the order passed by the assessing officer.

If there, please provide any case laws. there are three days more.

04 December 2013 Very much Thanks for your reply. But, the Department has no right to curtail the rights of the assessee to appeal on the aggrived order of the assessing officer. yes or No ? Please clarify
