Hi,
AOP Registeresd under society but this AOP not motive earning Profit. Its Receipt use for Making Toliet in govt school and anathlay.
1.I want to know IT return file in Trust or AOP??
2. Reciept not full utilised in same year.So Income tax will be paid on receipt???

1. Choose ITR-7 if registered with Income tax department u/s 12A otherwise Choose ITR-5 to file income tax return.
2. Needs more information (registered as in 1 above or not, total receipt, total expenditure, eligible amount u/s 11 etc) to comment on income tax liability.
