while drafting AOA, of a private company, as per the companies amendment act, 2013, how should I give clause on private company definition. point to be noted is MCA has amended the definition where no need of minimum paid up share capital.
in such a case can I prescribe myself on articles about min paid up capital.

You can alter the clause as per altered definition of private limited Company.
