02 October 2013 Will there be any change in PAN/TAN of company after its name change?

If yes, what will be the formalities?

What will be the effect on advance tax/TDS deposited by the co. ?

05 October 2013 No changes in PAN/TAN for name change.

Formalities:
Just apply for correction of name (49A pan correction form & in 49b) with documentary proofs such as partnership deed or Company incorporation certificate.

Effect:
Since the PAN/TAN remains the same - no effect on taxes deposited.
