Is there any need to file the annual return under Haryana VAT act.

pls tell me the same as soon as possible.

18 November 2009 It is mandatory to file annual return in Form VAT R2 up to 30th November of the next year.
Otherwise it will attrat penalty of Rs. 100 per day.
