26 August 2014 Hi,

We were trying tp register online for filing of AIR.
But it is not allowing to register us. Kindly help as to what to do inthe mateer, and file the return.
How to also get registered if the issue continues.

27 August 2014 In my view, AIR return can be prepared by any one, but it can be uploaded by TIN-FC only. So you may prepare the AIR return using the utility available in TIN-NSDL Website and you should approach the TIN-FC with AIR fvu file and necessary printouts.

27 August 2014 You have to prepare AIR return using Return Preparation Utility (RPU) by TIN NSDL or Other software providers. Submit the data in CD along with verification sheet. Verification sheet must be signed by authorised signatory.

we have to file AIR because of right issue.

While preparing the data for AIR, whether we have to take Share application money or Share allotment money.

Kindly help in the matter on urgent basis.

29 August 2014 Issue of shares in a public or rights issue
If a company has received Rs. 1 lakh or more in respect of shares issued by that company through a public or rights issue, the company has to furnish the details of such a transaction. Here also the amount actually received from a transacting party, and not the amount relating to the allotment, is to be reported in the AIR.
